Pawsh Pets Portraits (“we”, “our”, or “us”) makes every effort to ensure orders are processed, packaged, and shipped in a timely and secure manner. However, by placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or any third‑party delivery service.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any issues after shipment must be resolved directly with the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Customs fees, duties, or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Processing times are separate from shipping times. Custom artwork may require additional time before shipment.

  • Refused or returned packages due to unpaid duties, incorrect addresses, or failure to collect will not be refunded until the item is returned to us, and shipping fees are non‑refundable.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that shipping‑related issues beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within [X business days].

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, Canadian weather, or peak seasons.

  • Standard Shipping: [5-7 business days] - $30CAD

  • Free shipping on orders over $300 CAD

Shipping Carriers

  • We ship via [Canada Post / UPS / FedEx / Purolator]. Carrier selection is based on your location and the shipping method chosen. 

Tracking Information

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain shipping methods

Packaging & Care

  • All artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery

Delivery Issues​​​

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within [48 hours].

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Damaged Packages

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • If the package appears damaged, note this with the delivery driver and contact us immediately at [email].

  • Do not discard any packaging materials, as photos may be required for insurance claims.

  • We will replace or refund damaged items at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Address changes requested after shipment may incur additional fees.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup or delivery is available in Astorville within a 50 km radius.

  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready (typically [5–7 business days]).

  • Pickup hours: Monday to Friday,  10 am to 5 pm.

Meet Muddy

Don't let this portrait fool you, Muddy is a very docile house cat whose favorite pastime is of course, sleeping. However as a kitten, this guy had a fighting spirit. Found at a tractor-trailer pulling event this survivor was found by his now owner, caked in mud and clinging to life. That's why I decided to bring his character to life by letting him claw his way out of the dark on this 16 x 20 larger-than-life portrait.
