1. Ownership of Artwork

   • All pet portraits, designs, images, photographs, and artwork displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Pawsh Pet Portraits and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

   • All rights, title, and interest in and to the artwork remain with Pawsh Pet Portraits unless explicitly transferred in writing.

2. Prohibited Uses

   • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any artwork, images, or content from this site without prior written permission.

   • Screenshots, downloads, or any unauthorized reproduction of our artwork is strictly prohibited.

• Purchased Artwork Rights

  • When you purchase a custom pet portrait, you receive the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Pawsh Pet Portraits.

  • Personal use for display in your home is permitted. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale requires a separate licensing agreement.

1. Watermarks and Attribution

   • Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution from our artwork is prohibited.

2. Enforcement

   • Unauthorized use of our artwork may result in legal action, and you may be liable for damages, legal fees, and other remedies available under applicable copyright law.
